It has three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two twin beds, one and a half bath, washer and dryer, full kitchen, gas grill, large deck that you step off onto the beach, gas fireplace, dish TV and VCR/DVD player, and a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. Unforntunately both had health problems that would prohibit that from ever happening. However, they spent many summers here on Beaver Island and had many friends in the community. When they passed away, the family sold the house to Jeff and Francesca (Maroney) Cooper. Francesca's family have been long time visitors to Beaver Island. She and Jeff wanted a much larger house for thier growing family and decided to build on the North shore of Beaver Island. My wife and I purchased the house from them and spent many months remodeling this wonderful vacation spot.
